Down in Baton Rouge on Saturday at the LHSAA Weightlifting State Championship at Robert E. Lee High.
We had 9 athletes place in 5 different weight classes.
For most of the lifters, it was their first competition and first experience performing the Clean & Jerk.

** Note to self, do not teach the Clean & Jerk again wearing slacks and snake-skin shoes!
