Any chance of reuploading Coaching Team Defense? I would love to get my hands on this book but paying 200 dollars isn't an option.
I'll second that request to re-upload Shurmur's Coaching Team Defense. It's well outside of my budget, but have heard from numerous coaches who I respect that it's a "must read." Thanks!!
